JUNE 4-8 CAMPS

Boxfest
If you loved Roxaboxen, you will love Boxfest!  Join us for a week where you can transform a plain cardboard box into a castle, a submarine, and animal hospital...anything!  Come join us as you create and play in structures of your own design. This camp is lead by Harding teachers Anne Swift and Kim Usher.

Build It! Brain Camp
Join Mrs. Wilkinson for Build it! Brain Camp. Explore your brain, learn how it works, and "grow and build" it as we create fun projects that will challenge your problem-solving skills. You will build an unsinkable ship, conduct mini science experiments, create a Rube Goldberg machine (chain reaction machine), design bridges and catapults, experiment with forces and energy, play games that promote critical thinking, and much more!

Game On!
Do you love problem solving, collaborating with others, and a little competition? Join Ms. Neuss and Mrs. Wilkinson for a fun-filled week of games! Play familiar board games and learn new ones like Doodle Dice, Sequence, 7 Wonders, Boggle, Nertz, and more! Compete in outdoor games and activities like elbow tag, ninja, kickball, scavenger hunts, and more! Explore the world of computer coding while examining various iPad apps. Don’t miss out on this great gaming camp!

Let's Hear It for the Girls
Calling all girls! This camp is for you! Let’s get together to create fun memories and spend quality time with “the girls!” Join us for cooking, baking, arts & crafts, games, picnics, and water fun! Ms. Neuss and Mrs. Snyder can’t wait to hang with you!

Middle School Girls Basketball
This camp offers middle school girls the opportunity to work with Head Coach Chris Holleman during the off season.  Join Coach Holleman in drills, learning plays, and scrimmages.

MinecraftEdu: Traveling into the Future
Join us in an apocalyptic future, one where the earth has been ravaged by a series of natural disasters. Each day, students rely on the engineering design process to solve a series of challenges such as building a city on a series of islands, escaping from a bunker on Mt. Everest, and even building a rocket to land on the moon! Through application of engineering principles, students solve numerous challenges as they make their virtual world of Minecraft a safe place for humanity once again. (EFK)

Strength and Conditioning
Participants will be learning and developing proper techniques for strength training, as well as building stamina, sports conditioning, general fitness, speed and agility, power and flexibility. Young athletes of ALL sports will benefit from this training camp. Both Sammy Cribb & Emma Cribb are Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists with many years of experience coaching athletes of all ages, abilities and goals.

World of Wizards
Calling all wizard fans! This is like no other camp you have experienced. We will take a magical journey into the world of wizards. We will design wands, make magic potions, go on a magical creature hunt, play Quidditch, and participate in activities that will astound all Muggles. (LS)
