    Developmental Swimming (Late Fall)

The late fall swim team is open to middle school students, with fewer than 2 years of competitive swimming experience. The late fall season is designed to be focused on exposure to the competitive sport and instruction of stroke technique.  The winter season is wholly focused on competition.  Workouts will begin the week of October 3.  Our daily practices will consist of some dryland workouts and in-water work.  Practices will take place Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 3:15pm to 4:00pm.  Students will take the bus to the Ensworth Natatorium, and will be back at Harding by approximately 4:15pm.

Please e-mail Head Coach Victoria Bahr (bahrv@hardingacademy.us) with any questions.

    Wrestling

The wrestling season will get underway officially on Monday, October 3. Practice will be from 3:30-5:00 PM daily. Wrestlers are responsible for providing their own wrestling shoes, headgear, knee pads, etc. Practice attire will include shorts and t-shirts and headgear will be worn at all times during practice.
