  • Alumni Relations and Major Gifts Manager

    The Alumni Relations and Major Giving Manager reports to the Director of Advancement and Marketing, and coordinates all alumni programs, activities and events along with Harding Fund and capital campaigns, volunteer support and donor recognition. This position promotes effective communication between all constituents of the School, in order to increase support for the school and encourage alumni involvement. This position also works collaboratively with the Director, other members of staff, other members of the on-campus community, and volunteers.

  • After-School Care Help

    Harding Academy’s after school program, Pursuit, is currently looking for individuals to help supervise its students. The position involves supervision of children ages 5 to 14 years old. Pursuit prides itself as an on-campus after school program, dedicated to the safety, education and care of its students.
    Pursuit is open from 2:00 to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and is open to flexible student schedules. Pursuit workers are involved in organizing games, crafts, art activities, sports, and assisting with general logistics of our students, in addition to helping with homework.
    We are searching for education majors looking for an afternoon job that allows them to ease into a school career.  Non-education majors with a passion for working with children may also apply.

    Harding Academy seeks an outstanding educational leader to serve as Director of Teaching and Learning. The Director is responsible for continuity, alignment and innovation of the PreK-8 program and the implementation of strategic program initiatives as they relate to the program at the school.

  • Head Baseball Coach

    Harding Academy is in search of a varsity head baseball coach for the 2020 spring season which runs from February through the end of April. Applicants must be available from 2:45-5:00pm weekday afternoons (game days may have different times). 3-5 years of baseball coaching experience preferred.

  • Head Middle School Boys Lacrosse (5-8 grade)

    Harding Academy is in search of a head middle school boys lacrosse coach. This is a part-time, non-faculty position (no benefits). The middle school lacrosse season takes place from the second week of February through the last week of April. Candidates must have availability in the afternoons from 3:15pm-approx. 5:30pm and 3-5 years of coaching experience required.
