We continue to prepare for the upcoming summer camp season. However, based on reopening plans for Davidson County, we are cancelling the first two weeks of Harding summer programs and will tentatively begin on Monday, June 15. For cancelled camps, the full camp fee will be refunded or applied to another camp offered later in the summer. Families registered for a camp scheduled for the week of June 1 or June 8 will be contacted by May 15.
Registration remains open. We have added the weeks of July 27 and August 3 to our summer schedule.
We will continue to monitor Nashville's reopening and make adjustments as necessary. Should we need to cancel more camps, this information will be communicated as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Given the need to cancel camps early in the season, we are considering a modified schedule that would have us extending our camp season closer to the start of the school year. We are also exploring the possibility of offering some virtual camp programs. While plans are still a work in progress, a virtual program would most likely include a short time spent meeting remotely with the camp leader each day and then instructions and/or materials for completing activities at home. If you have one or more students registered for a camp at Harding happening the week of June 15 or later, we would like to incorporate your thoughts into our planning and would appreciate your taking a moment to complete a short survey for EACH child you have registered. Please click HERE to complete the survey.
As always, the health and safety of our campers, their families, and our staff is our top priority. We thank you for your patience as we move through this unprecedented time.
