6/4-6/8 BUILD IT BRAIN CAMP
Join Mrs. Wilkinson for Build it! Brain Camp. Explore your brain, learn how it works, and "grow and build" it as we create fun projects that will challenge your problem-solving skills. You will build an unsinkable ship, conduct mini science experiments, create a Rube Goldberg machine (chain reaction machine), design bridges and catapults, experiment with forces and energy, play games that promote critical thinking, and much more!
6/4-6/8 LET'S HEAR IT FOR THE GIRLS
Calling all girls! This camp is for you! Let’s get together to create fun memories and spend quality time with “the girls!” Join us for cooking, baking, arts & crafts, games, picnics, and water fun! Ms. Neuss and Mrs. Snyder can’t wait to hang with you!
6/11-6/15 VEX IQ-ROBOTICS
Come learn robotics and basic computer programming. Learn how to program and control VEX-IQ robots to perform basic tasks. The class will conclude with a final competition between the teams to complete a designed task.
The requirements are the following: students who are dedicated to attending every class and having fun while learning how robots think and move. Class space is limited to the first 12 students.
6/18-6/22 VEX IQ-ROBOTICS ADVANCED
This is an advanced level VEX-IQ Robotics class. This class is for anyone who has completed the basic classes offered earlier this summer or during the school year at Harding Academy.
This class will include design and construction of VEX-IQ robots as well as advanced programming skills not fully investigated during the basic class.
The requirements are the following: previous VEX robotics experience, dedicated to attending every class, having fun while learning how robots think and move. Class space is limited to the first 12 students.
