Strength and Conditioning: Participants will be learning and developing proper techniques for strength training, as well as building stamina, sports conditioning, general fitness, speed and agility, power and flexibility. Young athletes of ALL sports will benefit from this training camp. Both Sammy Cribb & Emma Cribb are Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists with many years of experience coaching athletes of all ages, abilities and goals.
Volleyball: Fundamentals This camp will focus on building solid fundamental skills in all areas of the game including hitting, passing, serving, setting and team development. This camp is perfect for beginners or players looking to improve all skill sets of the game and is a perfect warm up to fall volleyball at Harding Academy.
Volleyball: Building on Fundamentals: The Building on Fundamentals camp will be oriented toward our 6th through 8th grade athletes and build on skills and techniques taught in the earlier session (serving, passing, setting and attacking) by integrating game like situations and opportunities to play team oriented games with friends and classmates in preparation for fall volleyball at Harding Academy. To include team defense strategies, team offense strategies, transitioning, and serve receive success.
Lower School Girls Basketball: This camp is designed to teach the basic fundamentals of the game. We will provide the tools to become a better player and increase camper's enthusiasm for the game. Special emphasis will be placed on proper shooting techniques and offensive play. All skill levels welcome. Join Coach Chris Holleman for this week of instruction.
Middle School Girls Basketball: This camp offers middle school girls the opportunity to work with Head Coach Chris Holleman during the off season. Join Coach Holleman in drills, learning plays, and scrimmages.
