Hawks Fall to Ensworth

The Harding varsity wrestling team traveled to Ensworth on Thursday, Oct. 24 for their second dual meet of the wrestling season. The Hawks fell to the Tigers with only 8th graders Ben Lucas and Finn Castle able to come away with victories, both by way of pins. 5th Grader John Bickerstaff was also able to score a pin in an exhibition match. The Hawks conclude the first week of competition with a 1-1 record. 

Next week brings two more duals meets as Harding travels to Hendersonville to take on JP II on Tuesday, Oct. 29 and then hosts BGA on Wednesday, Oct. 30 in Roberts Gymnasium. Go Hawks!!
