Varsity Girls Basketball Claims Road Victory at HCA
The Varsity Girls Basketball team claimed their second road conference victory of the season at Hendersonville Christian Academy by a score of 47-23.
In a very physical game, the aggressive pressure of the Generals in the full and half court proved too much for the host Crusaders of Hendersonville Christian Academy. The Generals were equally aggressive on the offensive end, shooting a season-high 19 freethrows. The girls also shot well from the outside with Abby Andrews sinking two 3's, Anna Perrone hitting one 3, and Maggie Cannata knocking down a pair of twelve-foot jumpers. Nine different Generals scored, led by Andrews with 21 and Lowery Nickels with 6.
