The Harding girls lacrosse team kicked off the HVAC season with a competitive match against Freedom. From the first whistle, the team came out strong and showed incredible determination throughout the game.
Ella Grace Moats led the offense with an impressive four goals, setting the tone for the team. Louisa Smith followed as the second leading scorer, while Adrienne Numbers added to the board with a solid goal of her own.
In the midfield, Caroline Sheets and Riley Bertelli each secured two draw controls, helping maintain possession and create scoring opportunities. Louisa Smith and Grace Thingpen each added one draw control as well, contributing to the team's overall momentum.
Defensively, Evelyn Beauchamp stood strong in goal, making 8 key saves to keep the game within reach.
