Lady Generals Start Cold Against Harpeth Hall

The Harding Academy JV-B Volleyball team came up against stiff competition in their first match with Harpeth Hall. The Lady Generals started cold and were quickly put away in the first set 25-6. While it looked like Harpeth Hall would roll to an easy win, the Lady Generals were just getting started. 

After a timeout to regain composure, the Lady Generals nearly came back to win the second set. Newly elected captains Lauren Payton and Evie Frist provided leadership and encouragement. With the team's confidence and spirit restored, the tone was set for a battle in the match to follow.
