The Harding Girls Lacrosse team put on an impressive display of skill and teamwork as they triumphed over FRA in a thrilling match. The girls showed great determination and grit, securing a well-deserved win.

Leading the way in the draw circle, Louisa Smith dominated with an outstanding 5 draw controls, while Caroline Sheets contributed 1, helping the team maintain possession and create scoring opportunities throughout the game. Evelyn Beauchamp stood strong in goal, making 3 crucial saves to keep FRA at bay.
On offense, Louisa Smith and Ella Grace Moats led the charge, each scoring 4 goals and proving to be an unstoppable force. Grace Thigpen also contributed 2 goals, while Margret Greathouse, Riley Bertelli, Addy Hefferan, and Diane French each added 1 goal to the total, showcasing the team's balanced attack and offensive depth. This victory is a testament to the hard work, skill, and teamwork displayed by every athlete on the field. Harding Academy faced a tough loss against Freedom Middle in a hard-fought game. Despite goals from Caroline Sheets, Riley Bertelli, Louisa Smith, and Diane French (who scored twice), the team couldn't overcome Freedom Middle’s strong performance. Louisa Smith with one draw controls, Evelyn Beauchamp 6 key saves, but it wasn’t enough to secure the win. The team battled hard, but Freedom Middle ultimately came out on top, leaving Harding Academy with a difficult defeat.

The junior varsity team dominated Freedom Middle with a 10-1 victory on Wednesday, April 2. Ella Grace Moats led the charge, scoring 4 goals, while Addy Hefferon netted a hat-trick with 3 goals. Sarah Disher also contributed with a goal, and Josephine Perkinson added 1. Diane French played a key role in the offense with 1 goal and 2 assists, while Camilla Meeker provided an assist. It was a strong all-around team performance! Scarlett Harrington had a strong performance in goal, only allowing 1 goal in the entire match.

Varsity Girls Golf Complete 6 Holes Before the Storms
Varsity girls golf team completes six holes at Cheekwood Golf Club as the lightning and thunder roll in. Logan Scott played her heart out in the windy conditions on Wednesday afternoon. She started strong on the second hole by sinking a 25-foot par putt. Logan demonstrated great sportsmanship and encouraged opponents on the course. Logan also had some powerful drives down the center of the fairway on the fifth and seventh holes.

Varsity Boys Golf Competes in Match #3
Harding Academy boys varsity golf team plays well despite cool windy conditions on Monday. Bantly West and Austin Snedeker shot season-low rounds of 40 at Percy Warner this Monday in the third regular season match despite cool, windy conditions. Bantly hit some big drives down the center of the fairways while driving the green on the 9th hole and capitalizing with a birdie. Austin had some great iron play, putting himself in a great position to sink crucial putts to score. Henry Hardin and Ethan Bannock presented good ball-striking skills in this match. Both players learned more about their game and encouraged opponents and one another to do their best.
