Summer Programs: July 9-13
What a week of adventure, teamwork, and creativity this will be for Harding Academy summer campers! Check out the course offerings below.
BOYS ARE BACK:
Come enjoy all types of sports and games. We will be outside and inside jumping running, throwing, playing some of your favorite indoor and outdoor games; capture the flag, battle ball, turtle races and so much more! Don't miss out on this exciting week of fun!
Mr Bond's Science Guys CSI Nashville:
This is the most fun you can have at a crime scene! Kids collect clues, identify suspects and solve crimes. Tons of cool science experiments with DNA, fingerprinting, fiber analysis, anatomy and much more. Kids will get their own CSI equipment to keep. This camp is hands-on and age appropriate.
Mr. Bond's Science Guys: Crazy Chemistry:
Crazy Chemistry features explosions, bubbling potions, and chemical reactions! Kids make elephant toothpaste, freeze fruit with liquids nitrogen, create 20 foot geysers with cool chemicals and learn about the elements on our huge periodic table. This camp is hands-on and age appropriate.
Around About Adventure:
AAA Camp travels throughout the week on different fun adventures around town. Campers will head to Nashville Shores, Beech Bend Amusement Park, Mammoth Cave, bowling, Brentwood Skate Center, Sky High, and the Nashville Zoo!
Cheerleading:
This camp is designed for the aspiring young athlete who wants to develop cheer skills in an exciting, creative and fun atmosphere. Campers will learn motion and jump technique, sideline chants, a cheer, stunts, and a spirit dance. Can't wait to see you there!
Athletes need to wear tennis shoes, a t-shirt and work out shorts or yoga pants.
Rock and Roll Club:
We are looking for the next rock and roll star this summer! We will jam out with handmade instruments, learn hip songs and dance the camp away. Your rocking scholars will build their social skills, gross motor and fine motor skills. We will show off our moves at a final performance!
