Weatherly Spence Has Comeback Win over BA and FRA

Things didn't start off well for Harding's lone female varsity golfer, Weatherly Spence '17 as she triple-bogeyed the first hole and bogeyed the second hole at Cheekwood Golf Course on Wednesay, September 14. Her never give up attitude, though, helped her to produce a win for Harding. After hole two, Weatherly proceeded to par five holes in a row and birdy hole eight. She ended up having the low score of all golfers competing. Weatherly scored a 37 for the nine holes (four over par) beating BA by two strokes and FRA by six strokes along with winning against all the other local private schools. 

Weatherly will be back in action on Wednesday, Sept. 21 one final time before competing in the HVAC girls golf tournament on Thursday, Sept. 29 at Cheekwood Golf Course. Go Weatherly!!
