Harding Chess Students Attend Supernationals

Over 5,400 children from across the United States traveled to Nashville's Opryland Hotel to compete in 7 rounds of chess from April 5 to 7 at the USCF Supernationals V. Harding Academy's Fuller Hessel (K) tied for 30th place out of 349 students in the K-1 championship section, placing as the second highest kindergartner in the section. Middleton Henry (2) competed in the K-3 grade division placing 204 out of 423 players.  We are so proud to have Harding well represented at this national chess tournament!
