Varsity Girls Basketball are Back to their Winning Ways

The Hawks welcomed St. Cecilia Academy to the campus of Harding Academy this past Tuesday, looking to bounce back after a two-game skid. Needing a conference win, the girls came out firing on all cylinders, jumping out to a commanding 21–2 lead by the end of the first quarter. Jamie Gaddie Embry led all scorers with 10 points, setting the tone early. Grace Thigpen followed with a strong performance, finishing with 8 points. Kate Fulgham added 6 points, while Libby Sloan and Olivia Donahue chipped in 4 points apiece. The Hawks never looked back, cruising to a dominant 41–10 victory. With the win, the girls improve to 4–4 on the season. Go Hawks!
