Recruitment Progress and Strong Candidate Interest

Dear Harding Community,

We are pleased to share that we are making excellent progress in the search for our next Head of School. The opportunity has attracted a diverse and highly qualified pool of candidates who are eager to join our vibrant community. Their enthusiasm speaks volumes about Harding Academy’s strong reputation, dedicated faculty and staff, and engaged students and families.

We have been diligently reviewing applications and thoughtfully narrowing the pool of candidates in partnership with our consultants at ST Search. Next, we will begin engaging directly with candidates to learn more about their leadership vision and how they align with Harding Academy’s mission and values. We anticipate selecting semi-finalists to interview later this spring. 

We are incredibly grateful for the support and involvement of our community in reaching this point. Your input and engagement have played a key role in attracting candidates who appreciate what makes Harding Academy so special. Our school's strong commitment to challenging and nurturing PreK-8 grade students is clearly resonating with exceptional leaders.
