Varsity Girls Lacrosse vs. Ensworth Girls lacrosse played their first home game Wednesday night. Lauren Sullivan led the scoring with a game high 6 goals. Ruby Gunnels added to the scoring with a lone goal. The Hawks went down early 0-3 and eventually tied things back up after 3 quick goals from Sullivan. The rest of the game was back and fourth action with Ensworth eventually taking the lead and the win 12-7. Charlie George finished the game with 8 saves in net.
Varsity Boys Lacrosse Defeats the Crawdads 11-2 The Hawks got on the winning track with a big win against the Nolensville Crawdads, with Ian Poland having a great game in goal with 5 saves. The team was led in scoring by Quinn Taylor, Jackson Lucas, and SammyBoylan with 3 Goals each. Robert Topping, Trey Hobbs, each had 1 goal rounding out the scoring. Robert, Quinn, Trey and Sammy also had 1 Assist each. The Ground Ball leaders were Quinn Taylor (8), Sammy Boylan (6), Robert Topping (5), Brody Maddox (5), Crawford Huber (5), Trey Hobbs (4)
Varsity Boys Lacrosse Loses to USN 12-9 USN came into our house and left with a hard fought 9-12 victory. Ian Poland was tough in goal with 4 saves we were led in scoring by Quinn Taylor (4), Jackson Lucas (3), Trey Hobbs (1) and Sammy Boylan (1) goals. Quinn (2), Jackson (1) and Sammy (1) had Assists. The Ground Ball leaders were Quinn Taylor (10), JacksonLucas (4), Crawford Huber (4), Ben Lucas (3), Sammy Boylan (3) and Brody Maddox (3) ground balls each.
Varsity Boys Lacrosse Gets Big Bounce Back Win Coming of a tough loss to USN the Hawks bounced back with a big 8-6 victory against the Hendersonville Spartans bringing our Season record to 2-2. The Harks were great in goal with a total of 9 saves in the goal. IanPoland (3) and newcomer Big Cooper Wells with (6), great job guys. In scoring we were led by Sammy Boylan (3), Jackson Lucas (3) and Quinn Taylor (2) goals. The Team was led in Ground Balls by Quinn Taylor (7), Brody Maddox (6), Sammy Boylan (5) and Trey Hobbs (3) Ground Balls.
