Harding Girls' Soccer defeats SCA

Harding girls' soccer had a commanding win over St. Cecilia on Wednesday night. The defensive squad made up of Caroline Sheets, Riley Bertelli, Annie Thurman, and Isa Sosa limited SCA's scoring opportunities and kept the ball out of Harding's defensive end the majority of the game. Margie Clark who played her first game in net recorded a shut out. Hilary Fremont scored 2 goals, one in the final 2 minutes of the game off a beautiful cross delivered by Hannah Sides. Louisa Smith recorded 2 goals as well. Elliana Galentino made her scoring debut by scoring her first goal of the season. She had two shots on net. Lauren Sullivan also recorded her first goal of the season. Harding girls' soccer is back in action Monday, November 3rd against Harpeth Hall. It is a spirit game so, come out and support!
