Hilary Fremont Takes First Place in the HVAC Div. A Finals

The girl's varsity cross-country team competed in the HVAC Division A Finals on Wednesday, September 28 at the USN River Campus. Hilary Fremont ran an excellent race. She was able to take the lead on the last 1/4 mile and never looked back. Hilary finished the race in first place overall with a PR and an amazing time of 13:35. Annie Thurman was able to set a PR as well. She finished with a time of 15:04 in the 2-mile run. Savannah Fitzgerald continued to get better and better each week. These three 7th grade girls had a great season and I'm looking forward to what next year will hold.
