Varsity Boys Soccer Loses to BGA in the Dark 2-1
This was certainly the boys' most difficult loss this year.  After having lost a few valuable teammates to injuries, the boys soccer team has had to draw on a very deep well of strength and determination during the remainder of the season.  Walt Sanders, Robert Topping, and Chase Embry helped very much with pushing the ball up to our forwards, letting Carter Mohr and Austin Piggee to run over the opponents' defense, and eventually allowing Thomas Hicks to score a goal to tie the game.  The defense did an incredible job harrying and frustrating the BGA offense thanks to Quincy Topping and others.  Max Miller had one of the best saves of the day when he dismantled a breakaway by BGA.   As the sun set behind the hills and the moon came out, the boys played on, the only glow cast by the scoreboard on the field.  With a minute left, BGA scored.  Despite this, George Boero had done some incredible goaltending this game, and the boys should be very proud about how well they played.

Varsity Boys Soccer Ties BA 2-2
After receiving an amazing through-ball by the midline players, Hudson Drake scored a goal against BA.  Later, Thomas Hicks scored a goal.  Defense by Eli Russ, Quincy Topping, and others kept the ball on the opponent's side for much of the game.  Great goaltending by George Boero kept the game from getting away.
