Emerson Smith led the way for the Hawk’s offense, leading the team in scoring by attacking the defense and getting to the free throw line. She made a season high seven free throws over the course of the game.
Kate Leschen contributed some quality minutes and brought energy off the bench, hustling on both ends of the floor. In the end, the Hawks lost a close one by a score of 18-13. The team will close out the week by hosting USN at 4:00 on Friday afternoon. Go Hawks!
Cheerleaders Get To CheerYesterday, the cheerleaders were able to cheer at their first game of the year. They have been working hard the past 4 months to hopefully have the opportunity during Covid to cheer for the Hawks. During the Harpeth Hall game, several cheerleaders tried out new tumbling skills on the gym floor. The entire team was very enthusiastic and excited to be part of the game day experience. They look forward to cheering for the next four home games.
