Generals defeated by Lions

The 8th Grade Trio of Quinn Powers, Chase Franck and Evans Lindsay competed valiantly on the mound for the Generals, but were not enough to overcome the blitzkrieg of Lion bats. Despite many good at bats from the Generals, they couldn't break-through the pitching and defense of CPA. Will Sanders had the highlight of the game with an outfield assist to catch a runner trying to stretch a single into a double, credit to Chase Franck for a wonderful tag at 2nd base. 

The Generals look to find the win column next week with an away game at JT Moore.
