Clay Andreen has been selected for the Service Leadership Summer Internship Program, whichaims to serve unmet needs in the community and to encourage bright students to consider careers in the nonprofit sector, by offering paid summer internships. Local agencies will benefit by gaining a full time intern; students will benefit by gaining experience through meaningful summer employment; and the community will gain by encouraging lifelong service. Clay will be working with Safe Haven Family Shelter, the only emergency shelter-to-housing program in Middle Tennessee that accepts the entire homeless family together and provides comprehensive services that empower them to achieve lasting self-sufficiency.
