Varsity Girls Lacrosse Defeats Brentwood Academy
Girls' lacrosse got their second win of the season Wednesday against Brentwood Academy. Louisa Smith led the scoring with 4 goals. Alexa McKay scored twice. Riley Bertelli, Katherine Lucas, and Margaret Greathouse each scored to help the Hawks to victory. Charlie George made 7 big saves in the net shutting down all of Brentwood's scoring attempts.

Harding Boys Golf Score Their Best Rounds of the Season
The Harding Academy Boys' Varsity Golf Team came out strong this week, sinking long putts and making every shot count, scoring their season lows thus far! Robert Topping and Bantly West came into the third match of the season playing strong, with both of them shooting season lows. Bantly was skillful with his short iron play, placing the ball close to the pins, while Robert drained multiple putts outside of 10 feet to save par on numerous holes. Great job boys!

Harding Academy Girls Battle Through Match #3
The Harding Academy girls' varsity golf team plays in harsh conditions at Cheekwood Golf Club, with high winds, cold rain, and even hail! Maya Florie and Logan Scott battled harsh conditions during match #3 of the season. It began with hail as they approached the second hole for their shotgun start. The rain continued on and off through the round, and the winds picked up, making the afternoon feel frigid. On the 9th hole, a double rainbow appeared as the sun peaked through the clouds. Maya was accurate with her iron play and finished with her season-low score! Logan had great ball striking and chipping during today's match. Way to go, girls!
