Dear Parents,
Tomorrow is looking like it is going to be a great day to be back at Harding Academy and Kever Park for General’s Jamboree. Starting at 2:00 PM and running until 5:00 PM, the General’s Jamboree is a celebration for our community - both Harding and our neighbors - as we start our new school year.
From pumpkin decorating to bounce houses, hot dogs and water, we will have all sort of activities for the family to enjoy:

Once again this year we will launch the Harding Academy Book Drive, our unique approach to keeping the selection in the McPherson-Medwedeff Library fresh and new. Books that are purchased and put directly on the library shelves can be dedicated to honor someone special. Students truly enjoy seeing the dedication bookplates with Harding community names whenever they check out a book. Because this is a tradition that dates back to our founding, many of our library books reflect our school's history, and they symbolize the support our wonderful community has given the library for decades.
If none of that motivates you, then consider this: I will be in the dunk booth from 4:30 to 5:00 PM and welcome all attempts to dethrone me. Expect to be heckled, however…
