Justin Yoon '10 Named Freshman All-American
Notre Dame freshman Justin Yoon '10 earned his second freshman All-American honor on Monday, January 11 when the Football Writers Association of America released its All-Freshman team.
Yoon connected on his final 12 field goal attempts of the season and finished 15-of-17 (88.2 percent), which ranked sixth-best among FBS kickers. He also knocked through 50 of 52 PATs and recorded a season-long 52-yard kick against Navy on Oct. 10, 2015.
The Harding Academy class of 2010 and Milton (Mass.) Academy graduate was also named to the Sporting News' freshman All-America team.
The top-ranked kicker in the 2015 recruiting class was in charge of PAT and field goal kicking duties for the Irish.
