Lizzie Rohricht '13 Recognized at Youth in Government Conference
The 62nd Annual Tennessee YMCA Youth in Government (YiG) conference was held on March 25-29, 2015. St. Cecilia Academy's team of delegates, press corps members, lawyers, and Chief Supreme Court Justice was successful. The team consisted of three delegation teams all of which purposed bills with the hopes of becoming laws. Lizzie Rohricht’s '13 bill to double the fine for texting while driving and to use the surplus funds to invest in infrastructure was recognized by the YiG Governor in his State of the State Address.
