Emma Alsup '11 Named Harpeth Hall's Athlete of the Week

Emma Alsup '11 has been named Harpeth Hall's Athlete of the week for her accomplishments in tennis. She is currently playing in the state tennis tournament. Harpeth Hall proudly says: Emma has been a valuable member of the varsity tennis team for the past two years. Described as “quiet in school, but a beast on the court,” she is one of the strongest fundamental players on the team in both singles and doubles. When asked about playing with Emma, one of her teammates said, “She is one of the most determined players I know. She always works hard and is such a tough competitor. I would never want to be on the other side of the net from her! She is so kind but is a fierce, successful player.” As a sophomore, Emma’s incredible work ethic will surely continue to carry her in her tennis career as she continues to lead the Bears.
