Varsity Girls Soccer Defeats St. Cecilia 6-0
Harding girls' soccer had a commanding win over St. Cecilia on Wednesday night. The defensive squad made up of Caroline Sheets, Riley Bertelli, Annie Thurman, and Isa Sosa limited SCA's scoring opportunities and kept the ball out of Harding's defensive end the majority of the game. Margie Clark who played her first game in net recorded a shut out. Hilary Fremont scored 2 goals, one in the final 2 minutes of the game off a beautiful cross delivered by Hannah Sides. Louisa Smith recorded 2 goals as well. Elliana Galentino made her scoring debut by scoring her first goal of the season. She had two shots on net. Lauren Sullivan also recorded her first goal of the season. Harding girls' soccer is back in action Monday, November 7th against Harpeth Hall. It is a spirit game so, come out and support!

On Thursday, Nov. 3 the Hawks traveled to Brentwood Academy and fell to the Eagles. Quinn Taylor '23, Christian Harris '24 and Brody Maddox '25 all won varsity matches for Harding. Winning exhibition matches were York Puckett '24 and Bren Barnes '23.

Varsity Boys Soccer Ties BGA 1-1
Chase Embry, Walt Sanders and Sebasatian Muller did a great job fielding the ball in the middle, passing it up often to our forwards, Riley Bundren and Briggs Waddey.  The boys did a great job preserving their form and demonstrated great ball control.  Daniel Maumus and our attack line had 35 shots on goal, many of them just to the right or left of the posts.  Eli Russ, Carter Mohr, Mateo Lyn-Cook and other parts of the defense did a great job limiting BGA to only one goal.

JV Boys Soccer vs. BGA
Great game against BGA. Playing on a bigger field was definitely new experience for the kids and really tested everyone's endurance. We gave 3 goals early but were able to tie the game up in the second half in a five minute onslaught of 3 goals of our own. In the end, we gave up a few more goals and just couldn't match them. Overall, we played a solid game and just need to take advantage of our scoring chances.

JV Girls Soccer
The Junior Varsity girls soccer squad went 1-1-1 over their previous three contests. Goals were scored in each of the matchups by Isa Sosa, Rylen Militante, and Logan Scott. Becca Mantle pitched a shutout in goal in a 1-0 victory against Valor. The season concludes next week with back to back contests against Franklin Road Academy and Harpeth Hall.
