Dear Fellow Alumni,
On behalf of the Harding Academy Alumni Association, welcome to the Harding Academy Alumni web site.
Your Alumni Association works hard to encourage and maintain a lifelong relationship between Harding Academy and its alumni and to promote the accomplishments and contributions of Harding alumni. The strength of the Alumni Association is based on the excellence and involvement of our alumni, and we encourage you to become involved, in touch, and informed about the school.
As the Alumni Association begins its 2010-2011 school year, I hope that all of you will continue to support our efforts and let us know what we can do to help all Harding alumni stay connected to the school we all cherish so much.
I am thrilled to enter my second year as Alumni Board President, and I want to extend a big thanks to the countless number of other alums that have been involved in alumni events this past year. It’s been a great year for the Board, and we are looking forward to another great year. We plan on offering a number of great events to reconnect with your fellow alums and the school. As always, it’s an open invite to get involved. If you are interested in involvement in any capacity, please contact the Office of Advancement and Alumni Relations at
millerk@hardingacademy.org or
hubbardm@hardingacademy.orgAs many of you know, the Harding Academy Alumni Facebook group is up and running, and I encourage all of you to join the already 600+ members. It’s a great way to stay in touch with Harding as well as receive notifications about upcoming Alumni events. Keeping the school current with your contact information is the best way to make sure that you receive a variety of correspondence. Please feel free to pass on contact info for fellow alums as well. If you have not received your username and password for the CompassNet website, please contact the office to receive it.
As we each have our own fond memories of our time at Harding Academy, I encourage you to reminisce about what made Harding so special to you, who and what stands out about your time on campus, and how you might reconnect to those memories. Begin by tracking down a fellow classmate whom you've lost touch with, or getting involved with the Alumni Association. I guarantee that it will be rewarding and a good use of your time.Hope to see you soon at an Alumni Event!
